Strong Arm Investments is a property development company located in the prestigious Sandton area and business hub of Johannesburg.

Strong Arm Investments’ MISSION is to build up Johannesburg by creating and delivering international standards in both residential and commercial properties. Our VISION is that Johannesburg can be transformed into a world class city by developing the future standard of impeccable design and architecture.

Since inception, Strong Arm Investments has been acquiring properties in key strategic areas with the objective of offering upmarket residential and commercial developments to cater for the increasing demand in high quality accommodation and office space close to the Sandton CBD.

The pioneer development, named Passfields, has just been launched. Passfields is located on French Lane in Morningside and consists of 45 luxury apartments. During the design stage of Passfields we kept our philosophy of ‘working with the landscape’ in mind. DIRECTOR

Armed with his B.Sc. In Mathematics and Chemistry, Morvin started his career when he joined shell’s technical and process development laboratories. He then moved on to international assignments covering marketing and product development across Europe whilst based in Holland, followed by an assignment in Singapore covering marketing in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Returning to South Africa, Morvin led the Shell Chemicals Africa business and subsequently the Shell Commercial Fuels business through a major business turnaround. Morvin has held directorships at Unico and Veetech Oils and was also chairman of Easigas South Africa. In addition to his current directorship at Strong Arm Investments, he is also a director of Dunkeld property owners Association NPC.

DIRECTOR

Siva started his corporate career at Beacon Sweets and Chocolates where he spent 13 years in senior management positions. He then moved to Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), completing a 7 year cycle, having begun as general manager of Durban International Airport. Over the years, Siva has managed to smoothly and successfully transition between a series of vastly different major corporations, such as Pikitup Johannesburg and Tourism Enterprise Partnership (TEP). Siva’s qualifications include a B.Sc degree and an MBA from the University of Wales. He went on to hold directorships at the tourism business council of South Africa (TBCSA), Durban Africa, the Johannesburg Civic Theatre, Masimo Chemicals logistics and finally Strong Arm Investments.
